(Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J) This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 88 days in filing the restoration petition to set aside the order passed in W.A.No.2329/2013, dated 05.03.2018, dismissing the writ appeal for non prosecution.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petition, we inclined to condone the above said delay.

3. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.

4.Registry is directed to number the restoration petition, if it is otherwise in order.
