Today, the matter is listed in the additional list under the caption 'for being mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court, by order dated 26.12.2025 has enlarged the petitioner on bail in Crl.O.P.No.35439 of 2025 on certain conditions . He further submitted that due to inadvertance, in paragraph 6(a) of the bail conditions, the satisfaction Magistrate has been wrongly mentioned as 'District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Puducherry' instead of 'Judicial Magistrate, Yanam'. Hence, he sought for rectification of mistake crept in the order and prayed for passing suitable direction.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, in paragraph 6(a) of the order dated 26.12.2025 passed in Crl.O.P.No.35439 of 2025, the satisfaction Magistrate shall be corrected as 'Judicial Magistrate, Yanam', instead of District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Puducherry.

4. In all other aspects, the earlier order shall stand unaltered.

5. The Registry is directed to issue fresh order copy after making necessary corrections.
