Mr.T.Chandrasekaran, the learned counsel for the Appellan, Mr.V.Jayaraman, learned counsel for the respondents and the claimant are present. TERMS OF SETTLEMENT The appellant, claimant and their respective counsels present.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the appellant viz., the Special Tahsildar, Land Acquisition Unit - I, Outer Ring Road Project, Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority, Egmore, Chennai - 8 and the learned counsel for the appellant that the connected appeals in A.S.Nos.180 of 2019 and A.S.No.931 of 2018 have already been disposed of by the competent Court on 14.07.2022 on merits. Hence, the appellant seeks to withdraw the present Appeal suit and she has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Further the appellant seeks three month of time to deposit the lower Court award amount.

4. Accordingly, recording the aforesaid submission and endorsement, this Appeal Suit is closed as withdrawn. At request of the appellant, three months time is granted from today, for depositing the lower Court award amount, failing which, the annual interest at 6% is ordered to be paid by the appellant. On such deposit, the claimant is permitted to withdraw the amount directly. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
