2. The petitioner seeks issuance of Site Visit Certificate and working condition of the Plants and Machinery Certificate from the respondents. When the matter was taken up, Mr.Mohammed Sathik appearing for the respondents submitted that he has been instructed by the Divisional Engineer, National Highways, Coimbatore on 24.12.2025 that the certificates will be issued on or before 29.12.2025.
