These Habeas Corpus Petitions are allowed and the Detention Orders passed by the second respondent in B3/D.O.No.73/2025 and B3/D.O.No.72/2025, both dated 29.08.2025 are hereby set aside.

2. The detenus, viz., Ashwinkumar, S/o.Venugopal, aged 23 years (HCP No.2749/25), and Kushal @ Dhanush, S/o. Subramanyam, aged 20 years (HCP No.2171/25), confined in Central Prison, Vellore, are hereby directed to be set at liberty forthwith unless their presence is required in connection with any other case.
