2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.

3. Considering the submissions made and on perusal of the materials available on record, this Court is satisfied that sufficient grounds have been made out for granting leave.

4. Accordingly, leave is granted. The Sub application stands allowed.
