ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 22.09.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.No.17061 of 2010, thereby directing the respondent to consider the case of the petitioner claiming enhancement of compensation for the land which were acquired from the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.

The learned Government advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent considered the petitioner's case and passed order by the proceedings dated 10.03.2025, thereby enhancing the compensation. He also produced a copy of the proceedings dated 10.03.2025 before this Court. 3.

Recording the above submissions, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
