This Civil Revision Petition is filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 23.11.2017 made in I.A.No. 377 of 2017 in O.S.No. 345 of 2010 on the file of the II Additional Sub Court, Erode.
2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the main original suit itself has been disposed of, therefore, the prayer sought for in the present writ petition has become infructuous and nothing survives for adjudication.
