The petitioner herein apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 420 of IPC Act and 66D of IT Act in Crime No.01 of 2024, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) reported that, in this case, investigation completed and final report also filed and the same has been taken cognizance and the summons have been issued.

3. In view of the fact that the summons were issued by the learned Magistrate and since, there is no apprehension of arrest, there is no need for granting anticipatory bail.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
