This Petition has been filed to review the order dated 01.03.2013 made in the above writ petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The review petition can be entertained when there is an error apparent on the face of record. If at the petitioner is aggrieved, he ought to have filed an appeal. Instead of doing so, he has come before this Court by way of review petition. Moreover, this petition has been filed in 2019 to review the order passed in the year 2013.

4. This Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. Hence, this review petition is dismissed.
