ORDER

The present Civil Revision Petition has been instituted challenging the docket order uploaded in the official website of Principal District Munsif Court, Erode. The order reads as follows, "IA 3/25- Counter call on...IA 6/25- Notice of hearing and counter call on...OS- Plaintiff filed petition Under Rule 28(2) of CRP. The same has numbered in IA 5/25 and the same has allowed. Hence case is taken from 07.01.2026 to today. Plaintiff filed Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 petition also. The same has numbered in IA 6/25.

Hence IA 6/25 is pending. Call on..."

2. Mr.Sivaraman, learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that petitioner filed IA.No.6 of 2025 in OS.No. 126 of 2025 in view of the General Body Meeting scheduled to be conducted by the respondent, there was an urgency during the relevant point of time. However, the Principal District Munsif Court has not taken into consideration and ordered for notice. Thus, the present Civil Revision Petition.

3. If at all petitioner is of the view that the matter is to be taken urgently, an application is to be moved before the same Court to advance the hearing date. Prayer as such sought for in the present Civil Revision Petition is misconceived. Admittedly, there is no order passed by the Principal District Munsif Court, Erode. In the absence of any order, present Civil Revision Petition is not entertainable. Consequently, the present Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs.
