Order This writ petition challenges the tender that has been issued by the first respondent. The ground of challenge being that the first respondent did not issue Site Visit Certificates to the petitioner.

2. A mention was made by Mr.V.Elangovan stating that the tender is to be opened on 26.12.2025 and that till the filing of the writ petition, the Site Visit Certificates have not been issued. Considering the urgency mentioned, after notice to Mr.P.Gurunathan, learned Additional Government Pleader, I took up the writ petition for hearing on 24.12.2025.

3. Despite the strenuous efforts taken by Mr.Gurunathan, he was unable to get instructions from the respondents. Hence, I granted interim stay of the impugned tender proceedings and posted the matter for hearing today.

4. When I took up the matter for hearing today, Mr.M.Suresh Kumar, learned Additional Advocate General representing Mr.Sadhiq, learned Government Advocate reported that the respondents have issued the Site Visit Certificates for eleven works out of twelve. Mr.V.Elangovan reports that the writ petitioner is satisfied with the eleven certificates issued and he is not participating in the twelfth work. __________Page 2 of 4

5. As the Site Visit Certificates have been issued to the satisfaction of the writ petitioner, nothing further remains to be considered in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
