Heard Ms.Aparna, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Bindran, learned Additional Government Pleader for the first respondent.
2. The petitioner has come forward with the writ petition seeking issuance of site inspection and working condition of plant and machinery certificates. The petitioner had approached the respondents by way of three representations dated 11.12.2025, 13.12.2025 and 22.12.2025. As none of them have elicited any response, he is before this Court.

3. When the matter was called, Mr.Bindran states that after verification of machineries as well as the other requirements, site inspection certificate and the working condition of plant and machinery certificate will be issued by 02.01.2026.The said instruction is scanned and extracted hereunder: 3/5
