ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 4 and 5 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.12.2025 by not conducting survey in respect of the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition till the disposal of the suit, which is pending on the file of the Sub Court, Mettur.

2.It is an admitted fact that even before filing this writ petition, an earlier writ petition (W.P. No.41960 of 2025) was filed by one Elango, who has been arrayed as the seventh respondent in this writ petition seeking for survey and demarcating the boundaries of the very same property. By an order dated 10.11.2025 passed in the earlier writ petition, this Court had directed the revenue authorities to survey and demarcate the boundaries. It was also made

clear in the said order that if there are any other interested parties, survey and demarcation of boundaries shall be conducted in their presence. 3.The petitioner in this writ petition claims that she is an interested party over the said property, which is said to be surveyed and demarcated by the respondents in this writ petition.

4.Learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents would submit that pursuant to the directions given by this Court in the connected writ petition in W.P. No.41960 of 2025, by order dated 10.11.2025, the process of survey and demarcation of the boundaries has commenced but only due to the objections raised by the petitioner in this writ petition, there is a delay in completing the process.

5.Learned counsel for the petitioner would now submit, on instructions that if the objections of the petitioner are heard by the Tashildar prior to survey and demarcation of the boundaries, the petitioner has no objection for survey and demarcation of boundaries being done by the Tashildar and the Surveyor. 6.After recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents as well as the learned counsel for the seventh respondent, this Court

disposes this writ petition by directing the petitioner to participate in the survey and demarcation of boundaries to be conducted by the Tashildar and raise his objections before the Tashildar, who is conducting survey and demarcation of boundaries in compliance with the earlier directions given by this Court in W.P. No.41960 of 2025 and only after considering the said objections and after hearing the objections of all interested parties which includes the seventh respondent, the respondents 4 and 5 herein shall complete the survey and demarcation of boundaries as directed by this Court in the connected Writ petition in W.P. No.41960 of 2025. Consequently, connected WMP is closed. No costs.
