This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.7(a) imposed on the petitioner herein in Crl.O.P.No.21097 of 2025, dated 18.11.2025, that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Principal Special Court under EC and NDPS Act Cases, Chennai, at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly; and that the investigation completed and charge sheet has been filed.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.7(a) imposed on the petitioner herein in Crl.O.P.No.21097 of 2025, dated 18.11.2025 is relaxed, however the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
