This Petition has been filed to review the order dated 19.12.2009 made in the above writ petition.

2. Heard the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

3. The review petition can be entertained when there is an error apparent on the face of record. If at the petitioners are aggrieved, they ought to have filed an appeal. Instead of doing so, they have come before this Court by way of review petition. Moreover, this petition has been filed in 2020 to review the order passed in the year 2009.

4. This Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
