The issue raised in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order of the Hon'ble Mr.Justice N.ANAND VENKATESH in W.P.No.16999 of 2020 dated 03.12.2020. Following the said order, the impugned order is quashed. The directions given in paragraph No.8 of the said order would be applicable to the present case also.
