PRAYER Writ petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for the issuance of writ of Mandamus directing the 4th and 5th respondents to consider petitioner's representation dated 06.12.2025 requesting to survey and to lay boundary stones to petitioners agricultural land comprised in survey Nos.266/9, 266/7B, 266/8B and 266/8A situate at S.Naraiyur Revenue village, Veppur Taluk, Cuddalore District admeasuring an extent of 1.32 acres, as per the revenue records within the time frame fixed by this Court.

ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to survey and lay the boundary stones for the property situated in Survey No.266/9, 266/7B, 266/8B and 266/8A, at S.Naraiyur Revenue Village, Veppur Taluk, Cuddalore District.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.T.K.Saravanan, Additional Government Pleader, representing the respondents states that on account of existence of crops, survey could not be done. He further states that the survey will be conducted and boundary stones will be laid within a period of eight (8) weeks. This statement is recorded.

This writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
