JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was made by R.Suresh Kumar, J.)

Though Mr.Srinath Sridevan, learned senior counsel appearing for the appellants, has stated that despite efforts having been taken, he could not get any instructions from the appellants, we, after having gone through the case papers, are of the view that the issue raised in these appeals is no more required to be adjudicated any further.

2. Therefore, recording the same, we dismiss the writ appeals, of course, by giving liberty to the appellants to re-agitate the issue, in case, if, by virtue of this dismissal of the writ appeals, any aggrievement is noticed in future, in the manner known to law.
