This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioners.

2. Heard both sides.
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.S.Udaya Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), submitted that pursuant to the complaint lodged by the de facto complainant, the petitioners were summoned for enquiry however, they failed to appear. The learned Government Advocate submitted that there was no harassment as alleged by the petitioners. The learned Government Advocate further submitted that if the petitioners appear before the respondent Police, enquiry will be conducted and disposed of.
4. Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of directing the petitioners to appear before the respondent Police on the date specified.
