ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The writ petition has been instituted challenging the summons dated 18.12.2025 issued by the 2nd respondent in Summon No.
PMLA/SUMMON/CEZO-I/2025/2671 in File No CEZO/4/2023. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner in response to the impugned summons dated 18.12.2025 has appeared before the Enforcement Directorate and the Enforcement Directorate is proposing to issue further summons.

It is needless to state that the petitioner has to co-operate for the effective investigation of the criminal case registered under Prevention of
Money Laundering Act, 2002. Non-cooperation would entail the Authorities to initiate further actions. Therefore, the cause arose for filing of the present writ petition became vanished and thus, no further adjudication is required. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
