This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to condone the delay of 10 days in filing the above appeal.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the entire materials available on record.
3.Though notice has been served on the respondents 1 to 3 and 5 and their names are printed in the causae list, there is no representation for them either in person or through counsel.
4.The 4th respondent remained exparte before the Tribunal. Hence, notice to the 4th respondent is dispensed with.
5.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the above petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and the delay is condoned.
6.Registry is directed to number the appeal if it is otherwise in order.
