2.

The earlier criminal original petition in Crl.O.P.No.34019 of 2025 seeking anticipatory bail has been disposed of by this Court by an order dated 12.12.2025 on the following reasons: "5.Considering the gravity of the offence committed by the 1st petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the 1st petitioner." 3.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a government servant and due to matrimonial dispute false complaint has been lodged against him and hence, seeks anticipatory bail. Per contra, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent while opposing the anticipatory bail to the petitioner reiterated the prosecution case and submitted that due to the attack made by the petitioner, complainant and the child were severely injured. 4.

Heard the submissions made on both sides and perused the materials available on record.
