When the matter taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner prays some more time for advancing arguments. However, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent/State K.RAJASEKAR,J.

Crl.O.P.No.35690 of 2025 ssi upon instructions, submitted that in this case now the investigation is being carried out by the District Crime Branch, Cuddalore and the amount involved in this case is Rs.3 crores and 110 victims.
2. In view of the same, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh application after making the District Crime Branch, Cuddalore as a party and making proper pleadings in this regard.
3. Hence, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed with liberty to file a fresh application. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition stands orderd.
