This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.8(5) imposed on the petitioner herein in Crl.O.P.No.31357 of 2025, dated 18.11.2025, that "the petitioner herein shall stay at Tiruvannamalai and appear before the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Tiruvanamalai daily at 10:30 a.m., until further orders, except on the date of trial that too as and when the petitioner's appearance is mandatory before the Trial Court". 2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition only from 08.12.2025 to 20.12.2025; and that the investigation of the case has been completed and charge sheet filed.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.8(5) imposed on the petitioner herein in Crl.O.P.No.31357 of 2025, dated 18.11.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court concerned daily at 10:30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, on all the hearing dates without fail.
