C.M.P.No.16462 of 2022 in S.A.No.609 of 2011 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., This petition has been filed by the petitioner/appellant to restore the Second Appeal in S.A.No.609 of 2011, which was dismissed for non-prosecution on 21.12.2016.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents/respondents submitted that the respondents have no objection in allowing the present petition.

3.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed.

4.Post the matter on 14.10.2022.
