JUDGEMENT The Civil Miscellaneous Appeal filed against the order and decreetal order dated 11.06.2013 on the file of Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Cheyyar, Thiruvanamalai District made in M.C.O.P.No.269 of 2003.

2. The learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the issue involved in the present appeal has already been settled before the National Lok Adalat in C.M.A.Sr.No.47216 of 2017 vide order dated 11.02.2017. Hence, no further orders is necessary in this appeal.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the appellant, nothing survives for adjudication in the present appeal as the matter has already been settled out of Court. Accordingly, this civil miscellaneous appeal is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
