With the able assistance of Mr.K.Madhu, learned Mediator, the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement. Both the petitioner and the fourth respondent have reached an amicable settlement before the Mediation Centre by entering into a settlement agreement dated 27.02.2026. The said settlement agreement dated 27.02.2026 as well as the report submitted by the Mediator dated 27.02.2026 have also been placed on record before this Court. In terms of the settlement agreement dated 27.02.2026 as well as the report of the Mediator dated 27.02.2026, this writ petition is disposed of. Settlement agreement dated 27.02.2026 shall form part of this order. No Costs. W.M.P.No.56797 of 2025 is closed.
