2.Heard the parties. This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition to condone the delay of 1364 days in filing the above appeal. Considering the fact that the appeal has been filed by the claimant, this Court leniently condones the delay and hence, this petition is ordered.

3.However, it is made clear that for the delay of 1364 days, the claimant is not entitled to any interest in case of enhancement in compensation.
