These criminal miscellaneous petitions have been filed to modify the condition in para No.7(c) imposed on the petitioners herein by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.29767 of 2025 dated 03.11.2025 and to grant extension of time to comply with the conditions imposed on the petitioners herein, vide the aforesaid order.

2. This Court, vide order dated 03.11.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.29767 of 2025 granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioners herein with one of the conditions that, the petitioners herein along with other petitioners are directed to deposit a sum of Rs.37,87,681/- to the credit of Crime No.334 of 2025 within a period of two months, in default, the interim anticipatory bail shall stands dismissed automatically; that since the petitioners herein had not complied with the aforesaid condition imposed by this Court till today, the interim anticipatory bail granted to the petitioners herein and others is dismissed. Hence, the prayer sought in these criminal miscellaneous petitions does not arise.
3. In view of the above, these criminal miscellaneous petitions are dismissed.
