ORDER

This Court earlier granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 8194 of 2024, dated 03.04.2024. Without complying with the conditions imposed, the petitioner has now approached this Court on the ground that the time limit has been lapsed.

2. I have gone through the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 8194 of 2024, dated 03.04.2024. Since this Court had already granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner, entertaining a second anticipatory bail petition does not arise. However, it is revealed that the petitioner was directed to comply with the conditions imposed in para 6(a) of the order dated 03.04.2024. I am of the view that the petitioner shall comply with the conditions imposed by this Court within a period of two weeks as ordered in Crl.O.P.No.8194 of 2024, dated 03.04.2024, and time is extended to comply with the same.

3.With the above observations, this Court is inclined to extend two weeks time to the petitioner herein to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 8194 of 2024, dated 03.04.2024 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. 23.01.2026 MSM
