ORDER
This Court has dismissed the bail petition of the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.32122 of 2025 on 25.11.2025 for the following reasons:
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, that the petitioner has committed aggravated penetrative sexual assault to the victim girl aged about 13 years, the case is pending for framing of charges, if the bail is granted to the petitioner he will tamper the witness, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
2. The petitioner has filed this present bail petition without any change in circumstances. Hence, this Court is not inclined to reconsider this petition once again.
