Order This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Special Court for NDPS Judge, Salem, to number the petition filed by the petitioner for return of vehicle under Section 497 of BNSS in M.P.Sr.No.3055 of 2025 and to dispose of the same at the earliest by following the present rulings of the Honourable Supreme Court.
