3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.S.Udaya Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), submitted that pursuant to the complaint lodged by the de facto complainant, the petitioner was summoned for enquiry however, she failed to appear. The learned Government Advocate further submitted that there was no harassment as alleged by the petitioner.
