ORDER
The petitioners, who apprehend arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 305(e), 326(a) of BNS 2023, in Crime No.257 of 2025, on the file of the respondent police seek anticipatory bail. 1/4

Earlier, this Court after considering the various points, dismissed the anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner vide orders dated 30.10.2025 17.12.2025 in Crl.OP.Nos.29488 and 34470 of 2025 respectively. The relevant portion of the order reads as follows: " Considering the fact that the petitioner had quarried the sand from lake and the same was transported illegally; that the petitioner has one previous case similar in nature; if the anticipatory bail grant to the petitioner he would in similar type of activities and he damaged the ecology and water body, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner".
4. Subsequent to the dismissal of the above petition, the petitioner has filed the present petition on the very same grounds that were raised in the earlier bail petitions. Further, there is no change in circumstances after the dismissal of earlier petitions. Hence, this Court is not inclined to reconsider once again the merits of the claim made in the earlier bail petition.
5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 29.01.2026 Vv 2/4
