Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records on the file of the second respondent in connection with the impugned order of recognition granted in Order No.65-3/2015-SCT/ dated 27.08.2015 and quash the same and consequently direct the second respondent to nominate Observer for conducting free and fair election of the Office Bearers of CHQ based on the petitioner's representation dated 02.09.2015 till then the second and fourth respondents have to be restrained from recognising the election conducted on 30.09.2014 held at Solapur.

ORDER

The learned counsel, appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 4, made a submission that the cause aroused for the purpose of filing the present writ petition did not exist as of now. Thus, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition.
