This petition is filed to condone the delay of 271 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.J.Ravindran, learned Additional Advocate General assisted by Mr.M.Bindran, learned Additional Government Pleader for the petitioners and Mr.P.Godson Swaminathan, learned counsel for M/s.Issac Chambers for respondent 1. Respondents 2 to 15 already given up vide Memo No.1706 of 2026.

The delay is 271 days. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and since there are no serious objections, the delay of 271 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
