ORDER

The petitioners, who apprehend arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 296(2), 126(2), 109(1) @ 196(b), 126(2), 109(1) and 191(3) of BNS (Sections 294(b), 341, 147 and 307 of IPC) in Crime No.129 of 2025, on the file of the respondent police seek anticipatory bail. 1/4

2. Earlier, this Court dismissed the petitioner's bail petition on 07.10.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.22833 of 2025 on the following reasons: " 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the grave nature of offence, the previous antecedents of the petitioner, the investigation of this case is pending and taking note of the fact that granting of anticipatory bail may encourage the petitioner in committing similar offence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner at this stage".

3. Now, the present petition has been filed without any change in circumstances after the dismissal of the petitioner's earlier bail petition. This clearly shows that the petitioner has abused the process of law. Hence, I am not inclined to reconsider the earlier order.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 29.01.2026 Vv 2/4
