ORDER

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(A), 29(1) of NDPS Act & under Section 123, 278 of BNS Act & Under Section 77 of JJ Act, in Crime No. 65 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is not an accused in Crime No. 65 of 2025, which is pending on the file of the respondent.
