This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 91 days in filing the above appeal.

Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the records.

The other side has not raised any serious objection.

Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, and in order to give a fair chance to the petitioner/appellant, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 91 days in filing the above appeal.

Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the delay is condoned.
