PRAYER: Criminal Revision Case is filed under Section 378 of Cr.P.C to to set aside the order of the Learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Fast Track Court-II, dated 29.10.2024 passed in C.C.No.12307/2003, and allow the complaint and punish the Accused with maximum imprisonment and fine prescribed under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act and it is further prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to order payment of the compensation to the Complainant out of the fine amount under Section 357 of the Criminal Procedure Code.
