Heard both sides.

2.The learned Counsel for the respondent(s) has raised objection in allowing the petition.

3.Upon being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered on condition that the appellants have to pay a sum of Rs.3,000/- [Rupees Three Thousand Only] to the learned Counsel for the respondents within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
