ORDER
The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 115(2), 118(1) and 351(3) of BNSS, in Crime No.146 of 2025, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. This Court had earlier dismissed the anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner herein in Crl.O.P.No.31586 of 2025 dated 19.11.2025, for the following reasons, which reads as follows:
5. I have also gone through FIR it reveals that the third petitioner used the knife and attacked the de facto complainant and also having six previous cases, hence this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the third petitioner and this petition is dismissed against the third petitioner.
3. Since this Court has dismissed the anticipatory bail petition against the petitioner herein on the ground of bad antecedent, now both sides have compromised the issue and filed a joint compromise memo. However, on considering the nature of the allegation and taking into account that the petitioner is having bad antecedent of six previous cases, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 12-01-2026 Jd Index:Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order Internet:Yes
