(Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) It is seen that there are 37 respondents in the Review Petition. As per the certificate issued by the Village Administrative Officer, it is seen that 17 of them died three years ago and 2 of them died six months back. Hence, the entire Review Petition has abated.

2.In view of the same, this Review Petition is disposed of as having been abated. If the Government Pleader is able to get the particulars, it will be open to them to file necessary applications seeking to set aside the abatement.
