(II) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to stay the execution of the decree dated 13-10-2015 made in LAOP.No.523/2013, on the file of the Subordinate Court Cuddalore, (IN CMP.NO.20500 OF 2018)pending disposal of the above AS.741 OF 2018 AND;
(III) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to stay the execution of the decree dated 13-10-2015 made in LAOP.No.522/2013, on the file of the Subordinate Court Cuddalore, (IN CMP.NO.23468 OF 2018)pending disposal of the above AS.913 OF 2018 Respectively.
Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the respective affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR. J.BALAGOPAL,SPL GOVT PLEADER (AS), Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.SELVAM, ADVOCATE IN CMP.NO.19747 OF 2018 AND OF MR. S.R. RAVICHANDRAN, Additional Advocate General IN CMP.NO.2500, 23468 OF 2018)on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- (Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the impleaded respondent in all the appeals submitted that compliance has been made belatedly in view of the communication gap between the Government and the impleaded respondent.
It is further submitted that at the relevant point of time, the impleaded respondent was not a party and now, the deposit has been made. 2.We take the said submission to hold that there is proper compliance of the order passed, though belatedly. 3.In such view of the matter, interim stay already granted is made absolute and these petitions stand disposed of.
