Prayer: Civil Revision Petition filed Under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the learned Principal District Munsif, Tindivanam to complete the trial of O.S.No.65 of 2012 pending on its file within a time frame. For Petitioner : Mr.P.Sankaranarayanan

O R D E R

The limited prayer sought for in the present revision is to expedite the trial in O.S.No.65 of 2012.

2. On a perusal of the adjudication orders, it is seen that though the suit was posted for trial on special list on 06.04.2015, the same is pending till date. It is also seen that there are two applications in I.A.No.1212 of 2017 and I.A.No.260 of 2018, which are also pending.

3. In my view, if the trial Court is called upon to dispose of the applications expeditiously and thereafter, take up the suit, the ends of justice would be met.

4. In the light of the above observations, the learned Principal District Munsif, Tindivanam is called upon to dispose of the applications in I.A.No.1212 of 2017 and I.A.No.260 of 2018 within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. On disposal of these applications, the learned Principal District Munsif, Tindivanam shall endeavour to complete the suit proceedings within 3 months therefrom.
