2. On perusal of records, it is seen that this Court has disposed of the CMA.No.2289 of 2011 on 22.01.2018 itself and this CMP should have been closed on that day itself. However, it has been inadvertently omitted to close the same.

3. In view of the above, this petition is now closed.
