This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 191 days in filing the above appeal.

2. Pursuant to the order dated 08.01.2024, the petitioner had effected service to the respondents through paper publication. However, there is no appearance on behalf of the respondents.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to allow this petition.

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the delay of 191 days in filing the appeal is condonned.
