This is a petition to set aside the order dated 20.02.2017 passed by this Court dismissing the appeal in SR stage for default.

The appeal is restored on file on payment of costs of Rs.15,000/- by the petitioners, to the Cancer Institute, Adyar, Chennai, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In the event of failure to pay costs within the stipulated time, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court.
