These applications have been filed to condone the delay of 1484 days in filing petition to set aside the abatement caused by the death of sole appellant and to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the sole appellant and to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased appellant in the above Second Appeal.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits of these applications, these applications are allowed.
